Thank you for shopping at the Sandra Wall Armitage website. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact

Payments can be made through PayPal. Shipments will not be made until payment is received and cleared.
SHIPPING All items are insured with delivery confirmation. All items, unless otherwise requested will be
shipped by courier approximately within one week after payment is received. If you need items quicker and are
willing to pay more for shipping, please let me know.

Packing and delivery costs start from £4.50

Cards and prints are despatched within 5 working days by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Prices are based on the overall weight of order. Minimum postage of £4.50 (includes up to 10 cards).

Prints are delivered flat packed with delivery costs of A4 £4.50 | A3 £6.50 | A2 £8.50

Costs for delivery of mat & coaster sets is £10.50-£12.50 depending on number ordered.

Shipping costs primarily cover only the cost of shipping which includes insurance and delivery confirmation,
but may also include costs associated with packaging including foam and bubblewrap.

Cards and prints will be sent using Royal Mail International Standard Delivery with prices starting at £10.00 (Europe: France, Italy, Ireland) and £14.00 for Rest of World (USA, Canada, Australia).

Currently the mats and coasters within Homewares are not available for international delivery.

I must be notified immediately regarding work damaged in shipping, so that it may be reported to the courier.

I would like you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact me
within five days of receipt. I will gladly exchange or refund the cost of the item. The buyer is responsible for
safe return of work and return shipping costs. Original and return shipping charges are the responsibility of
the customer and unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item
and whether we are able to approve your refund. Please include your name and contact details along with the

If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original
method of payment within 14 days. Please note your right to return goods does not apply on personalised
items, special orders or gift vouchers all of which can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.
None of the above will affect your statutory rights.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not

When you place an order with us you will have given us your name, email address, home address and telephone
numbers. We will never share these details with third parties except where we may have to disclose
your contact information to product/service suppliers and carriers so that your order can be completed, however
they may not pass on this information to others or use it for their own marketing purposes.
